Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the structural design of pneumatic massage seats;
2. Mold review and progress tracking;
3. Improvement of noise and other problematic issues;
4. Based on customer input - standards/technical specifications/drawings/3D data... release 2D/3D designs for pneumatic comfort systems, establish BOM, DFMEA, CC/SC, DVP, etc;
5. Participate in the implementation of product development and research work, and formulate development plans;
6. Assist the test engineer in analyzing test standards;
7. Develop DVP together with the test engineer and PM;
8. Responsible for reviewing supplier part mold opening plans and DFMs;
9. Address and optimize the performance of the product on the entire chair.
Job requirements:
1. Master the knowledge and application of APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP, which are quality tools in the automotive industry;
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in machinery or mold-related fields;
3. Proficient in using common design software such as CATIA and AUTOCAD;
4. At least 3 years of work experience in structural design (this requirement may be relaxed for graduates from excellent universities);
5. Familiar with plastic molds and injection molding processes;
6. Familiar with product development process and strong ability to analyze design issues;
7. Experience in pneumatic massage seat development is preferred.
