In addition, the technology center has developed test benches for high-speed and high-temperature performance, starting torque performance, durability performance, and grease performance for new energy automobile bearings, overcomes the test bench loading procedures, high speed, and temperature rise, and formulates new energy automobile bearings. The high-speed, high-low temperature, durability, grease performance and other test specifications have formed a series of new energy vehicle bearing test standards.



In fact, high-speed drive motors for new energy vehicles have high requirements for bearing production accuracy. SKF Sweden is the guideline of the world bearing technology industry and manufacturing industry. Yu Zhizheng said: "The driving speed of the new energy vehicle driving motor is fast, and it has high requirements on bearing accuracy and quiet performance. The domestic new energy vehicle driving motor has less precision, reliability and durability than the Swedish SKF products." Chen Guangzu It is believed that the domestic bearing industry has not done enough research on the performance of bearings, especially for new energy vehicles; compared with developed countries, there is a large gap in the material of high-end bearings in China.
